JUNIOR EXECUTIVES

Get a deep dive into SASE. Experience, learn, and build your skills in events, marketing, and operations - while receiving guidance and mentorship from the Council. 

 

This position is a great way to showcase your teamwork skills and build relationships with your peers at UCalgary.

Term commitment: 3-4 hours per week

AMBASSADORS

Represent your faculty! Bring fresh, new ideas to SASE, host events perfect for your faculty, and help spread the word of SASE to your community.

​

Term commitment: 3-4 hours per week

​

Term length: May-March [of the following year]

​

Roles available:

  • Business Ambassador

  • Arts Ambassador

  • Graduate Student Ambassador

Note that you must be from the faculty that you want to represent as an Ambassador.

DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY TEAM

Let your creativity shine to the max. Joining the Design and Technology Team puts you at the forefront of SASE UCalgary's creative, artistics endeavours. You'll get the change to work on new, never-before-seen projects, and elevate SASE UCalgary to new levels of design excellence.

Term commitment: 4-5 hours per week [Design Director], 3-4 hours per week [Technology Director]

Term length: May-March [of the following year]

​

Roles available: 

  • Design Director

  • Technology Director

MANAGERS

Step up your leadership game. Mentor, lead, and grow with SASE by helping shape the future of one of SASE's four core programs.​

By becoming a Manager for SASE, you'll be able to gain a whole new skillset of valuable work-ready skills, create change in your community, and work with a team that's as motivated as you are.

Term commitment: 5-6 hours per week

  • Professional Development Manager

  • Social Engagement Manager

  • Community Engagement Manager
